1. Introduction
1.1 These terms and conditions govern the "Rugsea Giveaway" (the "Giveaway") organized by Cantera Capital Group PLT ("we", "us", "our").
1.2 By entering the Giveaway, participants ("you", "your") agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Malaysia, aged 18 and over.
2.2 Employees of Cantera Capital Group PLT, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.
3. Entry Period
3.1 The Giveaway begins on 6/6/2024 at 12 AM and ends on 30/6/2024 at 11:59 PM (the "Entry Period").
4. How to Enter
4.1 To enter the Giveaway, you must complete the following steps during the Entry Period:
- Purchase a single rug price RM1,000.00 that is under this category.
4.2 Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
5. Prize
5.1 The prize for the Giveaway is as follows:
- iPhone 15 (1st Prize)
- Apple Watch SE (2nd Prize)
- RM500 gift voucher for the next purchase (3rd Prize)
- RM300 gift voucher for the next purchase (4th Prize)
- RM100 gift voucher for the next purchase (5th Prize)
5.2 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
6.1 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
6.2 The winner will be notified via WhatsApp, direct message on Instagram within 7 days after the end of the Entry Period.
6.3 If the winner does not respond within 3 days of the notification, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Publicity
7.1 By entering the Giveaway, you agree to allow us to use your name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. Data Protection
8.1 Any personal information you provide will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found at Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 We are not responsible for:
- Any incorrect or inaccurate information provided by you.
- Any technical errors that may prevent your entry from being received or processed.
9.2 We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond our control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with the Giveaway will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
